A national insurance agency lost their Salesforce administrator and needed support for their business' Salesforce usage requirements.
Solution
BUILT conducted conversations with the business-side to determine new Salesforce requirements and manage existing Salesforce usage. Then, the BUILT team performed monthly Salesforce support work, including the development of new reports and dashboards, as needed.
Results
The insurance agency was able to maintain their Salesforce platform by using BUILT Managed Services after losing their primary Salesforce administrator.
