Multi-State Vaccine Scheduling

Challenge
One of the largest healthcare software providers in the country needed a multi-state, custom solution for the public to schedule vaccines.

Solution
Through a microservices architecture, BUILT created a flexible, secure, and robust platform to:

• Auto-schedule appointments
• Update pertinent public and private databases
• Auto-manage vaccine inventory
• Update patients in real-time

Technologies
Due to NDA, we cannot share technologies used to build this system.

Results
Vaccine rollouts were completed in a notoriously short amount of time. BUILT technology made significant improvements in scheduling efficiency for both healthcare officials and patients.
