A BUILT Healthcare client was being overwhelmed by forms and, at best, Excel spreadsheets. Important submissions were at risk of being lost and approvals were not properly tracked.
Solution
BUILT created a Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence to drive the Transformation and Automation of these tasks. After BUILT helped prioritize the most important tasks, BUILT’s team designed and developed new automated systems weekly to drive workflow, eliminate opportunities for human error, reduce paper usage, curtail their carbon footprint, and increase overall business capacity.
Results
The Healthcare provider continues to innovate with the Center of Excellence confident that the most-important processes are now automated.
