Challenge
A tech start-up needed to adapt its app to integrate with over 100 vendors to provide services through to their clients. Integrating with each of these companies was a challenge, as the vendors greatly varied in size –and many vendors were startups.
Solution
Before the integration, BUILT assessed each vendor company, its business maturity, and API maturity. Then, BUILT created a model for determining the stability of an API, integrations to the stable vendors’ APIs, and a manual process for those vendors whose process was too unstable.
Results
The tech start-up was able to scale by increasing the number of vendors by 250%,maintain high quality customer service, and obtain a Series A round of funding.
