A set of APIs central to the organizations' donations, revenue, and donor engagement was unstable, not up to industry standards, and struggling to keep up with necessary demands. Numerous top priority projects were on hold because of their reliance on this system.
Solution
Our team was able to refine the work, recommend overall architecture improvements, complete the needed development and testing, automate testing, and completely document the APIs ahead of project deadlines.
Results
The APIs meet both internal and industry standards that the company had been unable to meet previously. Onboarding of clients to APIs has been streamlined. The BUILT team has become the owner of the product and is seeing it through to its next iteration of improvements.
