Challenge
A multi-billion dollar provider of member-centric health care coverage options partnered with BUILT to modernize its data and reporting platform. The primary goal of the effort was to accelerate the deployment of insightful data to drive innovation, operational scale and to enable the expansion of core products and processes.
Solution
BUILT implemented a Cloud-based Data Analytics platform that improved data quality, provided an enhanced data visualization framework and significantly expanded reporting capabilities. We utilized Power BI to build dashboards and reports specific to stakeholder needs and focused on automating and improving the accuracy and timeliness of reporting and adherence to industry regulations, including HIPAA .
Results
By modernizing its data platform, BUILT helped the organization achieve its goal of more reliable and consistent data, more accurate reporting and the ability to translate information into visual context for users and leaders to easily identify patterns and trends in large data sets. Overall, the new solution has directly led to $100M+ annual cost savings.
