A company conducts clinical trials for Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies. Such services include study management, clinical monitoring, data management, and regulatory submissions. Their event management software was outdated, limited, and expensive. They were looking for a better way to manage participant registration, travel, hotel, and speaking sessions.
Solution
BUILT developed a new solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps. Power Apps was used for overall event management and collected participant registration while CRM managed the overall business process. The solution integrated with Sabre for transportation bookings. The whole system was hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Results
By using Power Apps and CRM, 100% ROI was realized in 18 months. Participants now self-manage their travel and the company's event coordinators have additional capacity to organize more events.
